    What does “fully managed website” mean here?
    We design the site, build it, host it, keep it updated, and look after the SEO foundations that help customers find you. You do not get a WordPress login to babysit. You email changes; we ship them inside your plan’s monthly hours.
    Is this a monthly website subscription?
    Yes. Care is $129 CAD/month, Care Plus $249, Care Pro $449. The design and build are included (page limits apply). Three-month starter term, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
    How is this different from hiring an agency once?
    A typical agency sells a project, then leaves you with hosting and hourly change orders. We sell ongoing care. The site stays ours to maintain, which is how the build stays included. Your domain, content, and copy stay yours.
    Who designs and maintains the site?
    Web Maintained — a small Canadian studio. James Aitken is the owner you email. There is no rotating account team and no offshore “maintenance desk” you never meet.
