    Three months to start, then month-to-month. Month one is $129 CAD after you've approved a working homepage. If you're unhappy in the first 30 days live we refund what you've paid and end it. Your domain, content, and photos are yours either way, handed over cleanly.

    Plan questions, answered.

    What about my website name (like mybusiness.ca) — do you handle that?
    Your website needs a name — the part people type to find you online. If you already have one, you keep it where it is; we handle the technical setup so it points to your new site. If you do not have one yet, we buy and look after a standard name for you at no extra charge as part of your plan. Some premium short names cost more than CAD $30 per year; if you want one of those, we tell you the exact price before we buy it.
    What happens to my website name if I cancel?
    After the three-month starter term you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. If we bought your website name for you, we hand it over to your own account for free when you cancel — you keep ownership. The transfer usually takes about 5–7 business days.
    What if I'm not happy with the site after launch?
    We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within 30 days of your website going live, you are not happy with what we built, we refund payments you have made and end the agreement. The risk is on us.
    What's the real difference between the plans?
    The biggest difference is how hands-on we are with your Google performance. Care gets you a proper, well-built site that shows up on Google for the basics. Care Plus adds Google Analytics + Search Console set up for you, plus ongoing monitoring of how you're doing. Care Pro is the growth plan: every month we look at what Google is actually telling us about your site (which pages are nearly ranking, which are losing rankings, what people are searching for) and make real improvements based on that data — best effort, monitored quietly so you don't have to read reports.
    How much does a website cost per month?
    With us: $129, $249, or $449 CAD per month. The custom design and build are included. That monthly fee is hosting, SSL, backups, SEO foundations, and edit hours — not a separate agency invoice.     Should I just use Wix or Squarespace?
    If you enjoy building the site and will keep it updated, a builder can be enough. If you need the site to bring in customers and you do not want another job, a managed monthly site is usually cheaper over a year than an unfinished Wix plus evenings.     Do these plans include an online store (e-commerce)?
    The standard plans cover brochure-style sites, lead generation, and contact forms. A full online store (cart, checkout, payments, inventory) is quoted separately, on top of whichever care plan fits afterward. Mention it in the questionnaire or email info@webmaintained.com and we'll follow up.
    Can I cancel?
    Yes. After your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. You keep your website name, your pages, and everything we built for you.
    How long do I commit?
    Three months to start, then month-to-month. Month one is $129 CAD after you've seen a working homepage — $387 at the Care rate for the starter term. After that you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
    What counts as an 'edit'?
    Text changes, image swaps, new sections, small layout tweaks, contact form changes, blog posts. If it takes us under an hour, it's an edit.
    What if I go over my hour cap?
    We'll email you before doing the work. Overage is billed at $115 CAD/hr. We never start work without saying so.
    Can I move my website name to another company later?
    Yes. Whether we bought it for you or you brought your own, you can move your website name anywhere at any time — we will not hold it back.
    What's mine, and what stays with you?
    Your domain, your content, your photos, and any copy we wrote together — those are yours and we hand them over cleanly when you go. The codebase, design system, and hosting setup stay with us, the same way Salesforce stays with Salesforce. That's what lets us keep the build included and means we're never trying to support a forked copy out in the wild. If you ever want a static export of your pages for archive purposes, we'll send one.
    Can I upgrade or downgrade?
    Yes. Upgrade any time, effective the next billing cycle. Downgrade after your 3-month commitment ends.
